National Conference of Bharat Bachao (Save India) Successfully Held
On March 11th and 12th at HKS Bhavan in New Delhi
Bharat Bachao conference based on single agenda ‘Defeat Fascism; Save Democracy’ called all revolutionary, secular, democratic forces, minority sections, all oppressed masses and non-fascist forces to unite to defeat RSS led neo-fascist regime and save democracy of the country. The national conference was organised in continuation of various conventions, get-together discussions and consultative meetings of various progressive sections including CPI (ML) Red Star leadership comrades since December 2022.
Addressing the opening session of the conference on 11th March, CPI ML Red Star General Secretary Com P J James emphasised the urgent need for the broadest possible unity to defeat RSS led Hindutva-Corporate Neo-Fascist regime of the country. There are two aspect for RSS Neo-Fascism, which is the longest running and largest fascist organization in the world today. One: its ideological base – Manusmrity, which consider vast majority of the people including Dalits and Women as sub-human; two: its material base – brutal corporate capital which loot entire resources of the country and people. RSS neo-fascist now control both street power and state power. Every sphere of administration and society is engulfed with its neo-fascist agenda. So, it is immediate task of all the non-fascist section of the country to unite to defeat RSS Neo-Fascist forces, even when there are many serious difference among us, Com P J James further pointed out.
In addition to Party General Secretary, PB Member and TUCI leader Com R Manasayya, P B Members Comrades Tuhin, Sankar, many party cadres from 11 states and leaders of various class – mass organizations including AIRSO leader Com Niranjan etc attended the conference. In the concluding session on 12th March, Com P J James reinstated that party will continue to unite with Bharat Bachao for all of its activities related to the Anti-Fascist movement as per Party stand on Anti-Fascist United Front.
