CPI (ML) Red Star strongly condemns the murderous attack on women in Rewa

Bhopal. The Madhya Pradesh State Committee of the Communist Party of India (Marxist-Leninist) Red Star strongly condemns the shameful incident that occurred on July 17 in Hinauta village of Rewa district, where two innocent women were buried under gravel on their own leased land for protesting against illegal road construction. This incident is a gross violation of human rights, where an attempt was made to silence the voices of women fighting to protect their land by trying to kill them by burying them in gravel. This situation describes the state of jungle raj.

CPI (ML) Red Star demands an impartial investigation of the incident and strict action against the culprits. It also demands appropriate compensation and medical assistance for the affected women and policy measures to prevent the recurrence of such incidents.
