Party Politburo Member Srimannava Hariprasad
CPI (ML) Red Star Parvatipuram Manyam District Committee has been formed at a special district conference held on 19th August, at Parvatipuram Bhaskar Lodge Conference Hall. Activists from all corners of Parvatipuramanam district attended the meeting. District committee members Garugubilli Surayya, Mandangi Neelamma, Botsa Mohanarao, Gujja Janardhana, Biddaka Rammurti, Harinana Seethamma have been formed as members of the executive committee.
CPI (ML) Red Star Politburo member Com. Mannava Hariprasad, State executive members comrades Dhanakudaram Ranganath and Bhimavarapu Subba Rao also attended observers from the party state committee for this meeting. Comrade Mandangi Neelamma presided over this meeting. Mannava Hariprasad while delivering inaugural speech explained that the Communist Party of India was formed in the Communist Party in Tashkent on October 17, 1920, and held the first Mahasabha in Kanpur on December 25, 1925, and was the first time giving the slogan of complete autonomy against British imperialism. However, Indian Communist Movement could not move ahead with its tasks due to the lack of proper analysis of the country and putting forward appropriate program and path accordingly. CPI, CPI(M) and various CPI(ML) groups made serious errors at various levels. Most of the CPI (ML) groups explained that India as a semi-colonial – Semi Feudal, economically semi dependent country by following the then China’s policy. He said that the Red Star has theorized that India is at its Neo-colonial phase and presently under RSS led Fascist rule.
RSS-led Bharatiya Janata Party, which has no role in the national movement, is trying to destroy Indian constitution and replace with Brahmanical Manusmriti. The Hindutva Fascist Modi government imposed anti-people, anti-National GST, NPR, NRC, CAA laws, three agricultural laws, four labour codes etc. Under this fascist rule Muslims and other minorities are brutally attacked and the lives of Women, Dalits, Adivasis and other oppressed caste sections become further worsened. While corporates and superrich sections are growing uncontrollably, the lives of the vast masses become perilous. In this situation our immediate duty is to defeat RSS led fascism by uniting all like minded forces in the country.
Comrades Ranganatham, Subbarao and newly elected District committee members Mandangi Singanna, Pattika Mohan Rao, Venkatamma, Pattu, Mandangi Simhachalam, Jayanthi etc also addressed the conference.
