During an interview on Al Jazeera Mubasher and Al Mayadeen, Dr. Maher Al-Taher, the Polit Bureau Member and the official in charge of international relations at the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP), said: “The prisoner exchange deal, in its first phase, includes the release of a number of our comrades in the occupation prisons, including our women PB comrade Khalida Jarrar and the fighter Abla Saadat, the life partner of our Party General Secretary comrade Ahmed Saadat. The list also includes a number of male and female prisoners of the Popular Front.”

He said: “We congratulate our steadfast prisoners in the occupation prisons from all factions who have written the most wonderful types of steadfastness and defiance of the Zionist enemy.”

He added that reaching the signing of the exchange deal and the ceasefire would not have been possible without the legendary steadfastness recorded by our people in the Gaza Strip for 15 continuous months, in the face of a war of extermination in full view of the entire world. Al-Taher stressed that the main challenge we face today is the reconstruction of the Gaza Strip, treating the wounded, bringing in aid, and addressing all the effects and consequences of the barbaric aggression on our beloved Strip and on our Palestinian land.

Al-Taher also stressed that our people will continue to stand firm and resist in the face of the Zionist plans aimed at liquidating the Palestinian cause, stressing that our people will continue the struggle until they regain their full national rights.

The great national leader, Daoud Maragha, also mourned “Abu Ahmed Fouad,” saying: “With hearts filled with sadness and pain, we bid farewell to the great Palestinian leader Abu Ahmed Fouad, former Deputy Secretary-General of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, who spent six consecutive decades, until the last moment of his life, serving the cause of his people and nation, believing in the option of resistance as a strategic option in confronting the Zionist enemy. This leader remained committed on his principles like someone holding onto hot coals, neither compromising nor giving in, believing in continuing the struggle until every inch of Palestinian soil is liberated.

Shah’s Rajya Sabha Speech Reveals the Standard Hindutva Hatred towards Ambedkar!

On 17 December 2024, while speaking in Rajya Sabha on the 75th anniversary of the Indian Constitution, Home Minister Amit Shah said: “It has become a fashion to say Ambedkar, Ambedkar, Ambedkar, Ambedkar, Ambedkar, Ambedkar. If they had taken god’s name so many times, they would have had a place in heaven for seven births.” However, according to the tenets of Hinduism, it would be impractical on the part of Dalits and untouchables to worship the Hindu gods created by the upper-caste Brahmins. For, as per Rig Veda’s “Purusha Sukta” and “Manusmriti”, it was the god who created the caste system according to which the Dalits and Untouchables are condemned to live as subhumans. From this logic, god is inimical to the oppressed Dalits. At the same time, Ambedkar, who was the deadly enemy of casteism and caste-based Hinduism, is the ‘real God’ of the Dalits and oppressed caste people. Therefore, Shah’s speech reveals the usual Hindutva hatred towards Ambedkar and an insult to the Dalits for whom Ambedkar is the saviour.

In the neofascist context today, Shah’s statement on Ambedkar cannot be considered a casual or isolated one since Ambedkar’s unravelling of the inhuman caste system remains as one of the most powerful ideological weapons in the fight against RSS. The RSS, the world’s longest-running and biggest fascist organisation and its political tool, BJP, are well aware of the strategic relevance of Dr Ambedkar in the Indian anti-fascist political discourse today. In this context, both RSS and BJP are pursuing a two-pronged tactic, i.e., on the one hand, opportunistically appropriating Ambedkar, thereby hoodwinking the Dalits and Untouchables, and on the other, stigmatising, denigrating and defaming Ambedkar whenever an opportune situation arises. Amit Shah’s Rajya Sabha statement on Ambedkar quoted above belongs to the latter category.

As is obvious, throughout his political career, Ambedkar had been vehemently attacking the caste system and its guidebook Manusmriti, the ideological basis of RSS fascism. Ambedkar’s burning of Manusmriti in 1927 became historical from this perspective. Ambedkar’s publishing of “Annihilation of Caste” in 1936, in which he characterised caste-ridden Hindu society or Hinduism as a “veritable chamber of horrors”, is the antithesis of what RSS and Hindutva ideologues propagate about Hinduism. However, Golwalkar, the prominent and most influential Sarsanghchalak of RSS who also put forward the essential postulates of a majoritarian, theocratic Hindurashtra, had unequivocally identified Hinduism with casteism. The antagonism between Ambedkar and RSS became too striking in the late 1940s when leaders of both RSS and Hindu Mahasabha went on abusing Ambedkar when he piloted the Hindu Code Bill. At that time, Swami Karpatriji Maharaj, one of the leaders leading the agitation against the Hindu Code Bill, declared that an “Untouchable had no business meddling in matters normally the preserve of the Brahmin.” Led by Hindutva leaders, on 12 December 1949, Ambedkar’s effigy, together with that of Nehru, was burnt at Delhi’s Ram Leela ground.

Again, when the Constituent Assembly adopted the final Draft for the Indian Constitution on November 1949, prepared under the leadership of Dr. Ambedkar, on 30 November 1949, i.e. within four days, the RSS, in its mouthpiece Organiser, demanded Manusmriti as India’s Constitution. Subsequent Issues of Organiser reiterated that position. Not only RSS it’s fraternal organisation Hindu Mahasabha was also openly upholding this stance. Even 75 years after the adoption of the Constitution, whose main architect was Ambedkar, there is no dearth of proponents of Manusmriti that treats Dalits and women as subhuman. Even many judges in Indian courts are hardcore Manuvadis, having no qualms in quoting Manusmriti during trials. Revealingly, the Supreme Court in February 2023 had even dismissed a public interest litigation petition to remove the mythological Manu statue holding Manusmriti in front of the Rajasthan High Court in Jaipur.

To be precise, all well-meaning people have to bear in mind that the tirade against Ambedkar and the heinous move to alter the very character of the Constitution on the one hand, and growing adulation towards Manu and Manusmriti on the other by RSS/BJP are taking place in the specific neofascist context today. Having full hold over the Indian regime since 2014, and with both state power and street power under its control, RSS is engaged in its maddening pace towards the establishment of a theocratic Hindurashtra in which the Dalits and all oppressed including religious minorities, will not have even basic human rights. Therefore, the spitting of venom on Ambedkar by Shah, a Hindutva stalwart, should be seen as part of the broader agenda of hardening RSS fascism in India.

The corporate agent government led by the Sangh Parivar is moving in power against the interests of the people of the country. Not only that, it is defying the constitution of the country and promoting corporate-Manuvad. It has challenged the democratic, secular republican system. It is going to turn the multinational, multi-religious, multi-ethnic, multilingual, multi-cultural India into a Brahminical-capitalist Hindu nation. There are dozens of examples of this. Recently, Amit Shah made fun of the architect of the Constitution, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, in the Rajya Sabha, which has brought shame to the entire country.

Fascist measures of the central government:

1. Removing the ban on government officials and employees from participating in Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) activities.

2. The participation of Hindutva-oriented programs by the Prime Minister and other central government ministers, MPs, officials, and Supreme Court judges.

3. Hindutva Fascist parties are using The Election Commission, CBI, police military and government institutions to supress people.

4. Creating an atmosphere of hatred and continuing the anti-Muslim attack through the Citizenship Amendment Act, the new Waqf Act, the complete ban on cow slaughter, etc.

5. Continuing the widespread attack on Dalits’ right to equality, reservation, identity, and food culture by blatantly promoting Manu-casteism as an eternal culture.

6. Continuing the male patriarchy on women by openly denying their freedom.

7. The republican rights of state governments are being snatched away through GST, one nation one election, one police, new transport policy and changes in CrPC.

8. Four labor codes have been passed to build highways to extort the labor of more than 50 crore workers in India.

9. The struggle of farmers across the country for the legal guarantee of support price is being ignored and the agricultural sector is being sacrificed to corporate capitalists.

10. The history of the country is being completely Brahminized and the educational curriculum is being transformed into an ignorant Sanatanist education.

11. The entire country of India is being demolished and a Brahminist, capitalist Hindu nation is being built in its place, and Manasmriti is being raised over the country in place of the Constitution.

Through all these mismanagement and evil policies, the Modi government stands as an anti-national, anti-people fascist force. It is an urgent task for all oppressed and working class to build a united struggle at all levels against this.

Against this backdrop, the Anti-Manuvadi Anti-Fascist Peoples Forum Raichur has come into existence in collaboration with more than 14 Dalit, farmer, labor, Kannada, Muslim, Christian, women’s organizations.

Under its leadership, a protest will be held in front of the District Collector’s office on 1/1/2025 and a demand letter will be sent to the President of India through collector.

To create a platform in the taluka and hobli level After that, a big district-level conference will be held and a challenge will be given to the Hindutva forces. To build and carry this platform for a long-term continuous struggle.

Protest march to Lingasur Assistant Commissioner Office and Public Meeting by Dalit Organisations and Progressive Sections

In Solidarity with CPI (ML) Red Star and its PB Member Com R Manasayya; Against RSS- Sri Ram Sena Threat on Com R Manasayya and Party

On 06.12.2024, a mass protest march and public meeting were held by various Dalit organizations, intellectuals and progressive sections under the leadership of Dalit Joint Forum against RSS- Sri Ram Sena Fascist threat on CPI (ML) Red Star Polit Bureau Member and TUCI General Secretary Com R Manasayya. Furious on the fierce ideological and political offensive by Com Manasayya against Manuvadi Brahmanical Hindutva forces, the ideological base of RSS-led Hindutva fascism, Sri Ram Sena, has been continuously threading Com R Manasayya. Various progressive forces and secular democratic intellectuals have come forward to protest against this fascist threat on Com Manasayya and the movement led by him in Karnataka.

As a part of these, various Dalit organizations and intellectuals organized the protest march and public meeting at Lingasur in Raichur District of Karnataka. During the protest march and public meeting, the leaders and speakers represented by various organizations emphasized the united struggles against the fascist move towards Hindurashtra, against the implementation of Manusmriti, against Hindutva Fascism and the importance of upholding Democratic values and principles of the Indian Constitution. The speakers also condemned the venomous statements and speeches of the notorious President of Sri Ram Sena, Pramod Mutalik, who demanded and threatened to deport the leader of the oppressed masses, Com R Manasayya, from Raichur district.

After the public protest meeting, the organizers handed over the letter to the Assistant Commissioner, addressed to the Home Minster. The letter demanded the State Government intervene and take the required steps to curb this fascist offensive. After Com R Manasayya issued a statement on 17th November against Sri Ram Sena and their leaders who insulted Dr Baba Saheb Ambedkar by equating him and putting his photo with Fascist V D Savarkar, after this statement, Sri Ram Sena and their leaders were threatening Manasayya publically and demanding his apologies. They also announced a ‘funeral march’ of Manasayya to his house if he did not apologize. The Dalit Joint Platform leaders stated in their letter to the Home minster that if the state does not interfere with the required steps by taking appropriate legal action against these fascist leaders and if the state does not give necessary protection to Manasayya, they shall go ahead expanding peoples’ protests from Taluk to Taluk and District to District level and provide people’s protection to the leader of the oppressed masses in Karnataka.

Why did the RSS targets R Manasayya?

Reason 1) For the past 40 years, R. Manasayya has been active as a professional revolutionary in the Dalit peasant labor cultural movement and has fought tirelessly against the Hindu epidemic of untouchability, caste discrimination and devadasi system.

Reason 2) R Manasayya is one of the leaders of the movement for an alternative culture by linking Ambedkarism-Marxism with India’s Lokayat Buddha, Siddha, Sharana, Sufi and Arudha tradition of thought and practice.

Reason 3) At every stage, he is exposing the true color of the Vedic Hindu Vedas, Agamas, Puranas, Shastras, and logics, and is promoting the ideas of Buddha Basava Ambedkar and Karl Marx through his brilliant speeches.

Reason 4) He has been in the forefront of the activity which is exposing step by step the anti-Dalit Backward Classes machinations of Vedic reservation.

Reason 5) He opened the Raichur Shahinbhag camp against CAA-NRC-NPR and played an important role with Dalit Muslims and progressives in the 74-day and night long struggle.

Reason 6) He is among those who organized the Veda Sammat Maha Mamsa Bhojan Koota (beef festival) held in front of the Raichur District Collector’s office in 2009 and launched the big movement for the right to food of Indians.

Reason 7) He has been continuously giving a counterattack to Brahminism since 2004 by claiming that the Constitution is the national scripture against the RSS’s Uttara Karnataka Jatha, which had set out to “Make the Bhagavad Gita a national scripture”.

Reason 8) R. Manasayya is giving a very eloquent speech in the open campaign to expose the true colors of the Veerashaiva and Lingayat mutt leaders who carry the Manusmriti on their shoulders and call themselves Basava… Basava… in their mouths.

Reason 9) Recently, Sri Kodekal Basavanna Shakha Matha Amaragyana Peetha has established and has ignited the spark of a cultural rebellion to promote the Kodekal Amara Kalyana tradition and the valuable popular literature of the country’s philosophical scholars. More than 200 bhajan groups have come out to sing in favor of the people’s philosophy against the foolish caste system and religious differences. Amaragyana Peetha has come into action with a vision of uniting all the non-Vedic tradition Matts of Karnataka. R Manasayya is working as the president of this registered Amara Gnana Peetha.

Reason 10) He is the main guide in the recent land struggle of Karnataka Raitha Sangha AIKKS for the additional thousand acres of land of Nadagouda in Jawalagera. His role is also very important in the two-decade land struggle in which 10600 acres of additional and other land was distributed to the landless Dalits and backward classes in the twin districts of Koppal and Raichur. He has also strongly raised the demand for additional land distribution of the matts.

Reason 11) He played a leading role in TUCI, which made 492 contract workers permanent in the Hutti gold mine in 2013, leading the struggle to shape the future of tens of thousands of workers.

Reason 12) The Lingasagur BJP MLA Manappa Vajjala and BJP state president Vijayendra, who have swallowed Rs 5000 crore in the name of Nandawadagi lift irrigation and NRBC renovation, have exposed their cosmic corruption. R Manasayya played a role as a charioteer in the struggle of the Karnataka Raitha Sangh AIKKS, which led to the payment of bills and the halt of work.

Reason 13) The speech given by R Manasayya, who received the “Lifetime Achievement Award” at the Karnataka State Scientific Conference held in Lingasagur on December 31, 2023, has exposed the anti-farmer, anti-labor, anti-Dalit and anti-national color of the Modi government.

Reason 14) R Manasayya’s thoughtful speeches in religious philosophy meetings of several monasteries have started to gain public recognition.

Reason 15) R Manasayya, a staunch supporter of the CPIML Redstar Communist Party, played a key role in organizing the anti-fascist conference at the RSS headquarters in Nagpur on March 10, 2023.

Reason 16) Similarly, R Manasayya gave a strong rebuttal to Pramod Muthalik’s Hindu Rashtra speech at the Sri Ram Sena parade program at Hatti Gold Mine on November 16. He thundered that Hindu Rashtra is not possible, India belongs to everyone here.

Reason 17) The poet, thinker, and brilliant orator has been in the struggle arena for four decades, mainly as a comrade of the working class and the oppressed people.

Reason 18) He is a senior leader in the Dalit farmer-worker struggle arena who continued to fight despite 132 police cases filed by class enemies and the authorities.

Reason 19) Born as the son of a serf and an untouchable in a village with powerful landlords, he is fighting today as a member of the Politburo of the CPI(ML) Red Star Party and All India General Secretary of the Trade Union Center of India through the People’s Support People’s Defense Movement.

Reason 20) Most importantly, he is achieving primary success in bringing the Dalit weaker section youth who belong to the Sangh Parivar back to the people’s fold.

Reason 21) He has gone down to the depths of the people as a revolutionary artist who learns and teaches under the banner of the Dalit, farmer, laborer and communist movement.

Indefinite Relay fasting struggle crosses 100 days…!

The Mundakkai-Chooralmala landslide disaster of the Wayanad district of Kerala was one of the biggest natural calamities that claimed hundreds of lives, including women, men, children and even pregnant women. It is the responsibility of the government to rehabilitate the victims of the Mundakai disaster, in which more than four hundred people died; many people went missing. They lost everything, including property, and thousands of families lived in the face of the disaster.

Foreign company Harrisons is challenging the people of Kerala by taking the district administration’s move to take over a small portion of the HML and Elston estates that is required for rehabilitation under the Disaster Management Act 2005.

Just as the resettlement of Puthumala, Pettimudi and Kavalapara disaster victims is not done, Mundakai resettlement cannot be allowed to remain uncertain.

Harrisons is a foreign company that has illegally occupied hundreds of thousands of acres of land in Wayanad and other districts, leaving tens of thousands landless and homeless, including plantation workers and tribals.

The mainstream Left party that came to power in 1957 abandoned even the slogan “Land to the tiller.”

The ‘ left’ government subordinated land laws to colonial interests. In 2016, Dr. M. G. Rajamanickam tabled a Special Officer’s report to the Pinarayi Vijayan government that advised the Pinarai government to confiscate all the 525,000 acres of plantation land illegally held by the illegitimate foreign plantation mafia. But Mr. Pinarayi Vijayan kept this report in cold storage.

Harrisons, Elston and the government are also colluding on the issue of land to resettle the disaster victims. As part of that, the company filed a case in the High Court against the government’s order to acquire land under the Disaster Management Act, and the government informed the court that it will not acquire the land until the court orders. It also assured that compensation would be paid for the land vested with the government. This is a betrayal of the disaster victims, a challenge to the people of Kerala, an insult to the progressive forces and a sabotage of rehabilitation.

Since the government was not very keen to enforce the laws of the land and enhance rehabilitation by capturing the government’s own land, our Party, CPIML RED STAR, launched an indefinite strike at the Wayanad Collectorate, raising the slogans below.

Declare the Wayanad disaster as a national disaster, Write off all the debts of the disaster victims, Take back all the land grabbed by the plantation mafias, including the Harrisons, rehabilitate the disaster-prone people, including Mundakai with agricultural land and habitable housing,

A mass march to the headquarters of the HML company, which is subverting rehabilitation, was part of strengthening the strike of the disaster victims in front of the Wayanad Collectorate for the last 100 days under the party’s leadership.

CPI (ML) Red Star All India Plenum Successfully Completed

Plenum held from 22nd to 24th November 2024 at Barnala, Punjab

All India Plenum of CPI (ML) Red Star was held from 22nd to 24th November at Amar Shahid Beant Singh Moom Hall (Tarksheel Bhavan), Sant Ram Udasi Nagar (Tarksheel Chowk), Barnala, Punjab.

Over a hundred delegates elected and represented by 15 states all over the country and overseas actively participated in the proceedings, discussions and important decisions of this All India Plenum.

The Plenum formally started with flag hoisting by the Party General Secretary Comrade P J James at Comrade Sant Ram Udaisi Nagar (Tarksheel Chowk) at 10 AM on 22nd November with enthusiastic revolutionary slogans by delegates and comrades from Punjab. After a brief speech by the General Secretary, a one-minute silence was observed in commemoration of the eternal Martyrs who sacrificed for the cause of the emancipation of the oppressed class and masses in the hitherto history. The public meeting started at 11 PM at Amar Shahid Beant Singh Moom Hall (Tarksheel Bhavan), presided by CPI (ML) Red Star Punjab State Secretary Com Labh Singh. Party General Secretary Comrade P J James inaugurated the public meeting. Com. P J James emphasized the political relevance of the All India Plenum in Punjab during the present critical time when the neofascist offensive is intensified at alarming levels, both international and national levels. Various leaders of the Party were also addressed at the public meeting. Party Polit Bureau member Com Tuhin welcomed and conducted the meeting.

The Plenum delegate session started at 2 PM with a presentation and adoption of the Presidium, Steering Committee, Minutes, and Translation panels. The Party General Secretary presented the Draft Plenum Document of the Central Committee for discussion and finalization by the Plenum. The Plenum and its draft document aimed to revisit the activities of the Party from its 9th Congress in 2011 till 12th Congress in 2022, self-critically analyses its political and ideological issues and try to rectify to move ahead more vigorously in the path of accomplishing its immediate and long term tasks. An in-depth discussion was followed after the presentation of the draft document, till 8 PM on 22nd November. The discussion on the presented draft document was resumed at 9 AM on 23rd November which continued till 8 PM. On the last day, on 24th November, the discussion by the delegate further continued, from 9 AM till 4 PM. Nearly half of the delegates, 47 members, participated in this long discussion in 3 days. On behalf of the Central Committee, the General Secretary replied to all points raised by the delegates and the Plenum house unanimously adopted the Plenum document, after incorporating various constructive suggestions by the delegates.

The Plenum also adopted 7 resolutions – on Fascism, on the victory of Trump, In solidarity with Palestine liberation struggle, Condemning MLPD’s slanderous attack on CPI (ML) Red Star, On Political lessons from latest election result in India, on intensified attack of Hindutva fascist on Muslims, Dalits, Adivasis and Women, demanding to declare of Wynadu (Kerala) landslide disaster as national disaster – unanimously. On behalf the Registration Committee, Com Saura, Polit Bureau member of the party, presented the credential report. Com Labh Singh, Punjab State Secretary of the Party, introduced the reception committee consisting of leading comrades in Punjab state. On behalf of the Presidium and Central Committee, Com Sankar, Polit Bureau member of the party, thanked to the entire team of the reception committee whose relentless effort made this Plenum completed in a good manner.

On behalf of the 7-member panel of Presidium, Com R Manasayya declared the All India Plenum was concluded, at 6.30 PM. The Presidium also requested all delegates to march towards Martyr Colum at the Sant Ram Udaisi Nagar to lower the Party Flag. With background of enthusiastic slogans from all delegates, Party General Secretary Com P J James lowered the flag followed by singing of the Communist International in various Indian languages by the delegates representing each state.

All delegates, leading comrades and represented by all states, returned to their places firmly resolving to march forward with Plenum decisions, based on the ideological–political line of the party and to intensify the struggle in the path of its tasks.

The election results from Maharashtra and Jharkhand Assembly polls and byelection results across various Indian States reveal a mixed picture. The decisive victory of the BJP in Maharashtra, amidst allegations of EVM manipulation, was facilitated by a host of factors such as RSS-led grass-root level social engineering dragging together many lower castes belonging to SC/STs and OBCs in to the Hindutva bandwagon, consolidation of both Maratha and non-Maratha votes and above all the full administrative backing of the well-oiled fascist double engine. While Assembly result is a boost for BJP that confronted serious setbacks in Maharashtra during the General election, it is a serious reversal for the MVA led by Congress, thereby exposing the political bankruptcy of the non-fascist opposition in putting forward a credible alternative before the voters.

In Jharkhand, on the other hand, in spite of Modi regime’s political vendetta on JMM leadership, venomous majoritarian polarisation, widespread hate-campaign and opportunistic tribal appeasement rhetoric on the part of Modi-Shah duo, the victory of JMM reaffirmed the coherence of the India Alliance and is a blow to RSS/BJP. Amidst the RG Kar Medical College issue that sparked widespread public outcry, especially against the manner in which the Mamata government handled it, the total rout of fascist forces and their allies of all hues in the byelection is commendable. Meanwhile, in UP, the fascist double engine has managed to keep its hold despite its reverses in the General election.

Of course, that fascism can be overcome solely through the electoral process is a wishful thinking. In the present neoliberal context where all the non-fascist ruling class parties, on account of their firm adherence to pro-corporate policies, lack a political alternative such that the threat of fascist come-back is still there even if the BJP, the political tool of RSS, is weakened in the election. And, as we are experiencing, in spite BJP lacks a majority-mark in parliament, Modi regime is still capable to unleash the RSS’ fascist dictatorship over Muslims and Dalits without any let up. Even after the General election that drastically reduced BJP’s membership in parliament, the latter being a spectator or edifice under neofascism, corporate-saffron fascism is advancing with intensified vigour. This is so in a context where the entire administration including civil and military and even judiciary are already saffronised coupled with RSS stranglehold over the micro and macro spheres of India.

Coming to the Assembly polls, closer examination reveals that in spite of a comfortable majority for BJP in Maharashtra, there is little increase in the vote share got by the fascist forces compared to the Lok Sabha election. Hence the result is the outcome of the success of the RSS/BJP in dividing and disaggregating the opposition votes though appropriate micro-planning using the immense grass root level/street power wielded by Sangh Parivar through its innumerable open and secret outfits. In this context, as it is self-evident that, if the opposition such as India Alliance can do the necessary groundwork for gathering the votes of minorities and oppressed and thereby abort the fascist manoeuvres of deconstructing the opposition, it is easy to defeat inflict a severe electoral defeat to BJP.

However, as is proved time and again, Hindutva fascist roots are well-entrenched in society such that an electoral victory alone is insufficient to overthrow fascism of the RSS, world’s biggest and longest-running fascist organisation. Moreover, even without a majority-mark for BJP in parliament Modi regime is intensifying its fascist dictatorship all over India. Therefore, while utilising parliamentary forms of struggle, a country-wide anti-fascist movement against both the ideological and material bases of Indian fascism is urgently needed. Therefore, a country-wide offensive against Manuvadi Hindutva rooted in Manusmriti and Islamophobia whose roots lay deep in RSS prognosis on Muslims as number one enemy are indispensable. Together with it, no holds barred struggles against neoliberal corporatisation in all its manifestations are to be strengthened. To be precise, only a sustained all India anti-fascist movement comprising the working class and all oppressed upholding their independent position uniting with all progressive, democratic, secular and anti-caste movement can wipe-out RSS fascism in India.

Seminar on Communist Approach to Caste and Dr. Ambedkar

As a part of All India Plenum of CPI (ML) Red Star, which is being held from 22nd to 24th November at Amar Shahid Beant Singh Moom Hall (Tarksheel Bhavan), Sant Ram Udasi Nagar (Tarksheel Chowk), Barnala, Punjab, a Seminar was organized by the Party on Communist Approach to Caste and Ambedkar.

Party General Secretary Comrade P J James inaugurated the Seminar presided by Polit Bureau member Comrade R Manasayya. Comrade Sankar, Polit Bureau member of party presented the position paper. Comrades Laskhar Singh, State Secretary Comrade Labh Singh, Anju, Iniyavan and Vijay Kumar addressed in the Seminar. Polit Bureau member Comrade Tuhin conducted the Seminar.

In the present context of Hindutva Fascist rule led by RSS, whose ideological base is the inhuman Brahmanical Manusmriti that treats Dalits and Women as subhuman, the relevance of intensifying ideological offensive against caste system and struggle for the annihilation of caste have cardinal importance, the seminar observed in general.

Tomorrow, on 22nd November, there will be Flag Hoisting by the General Secretary followed by the Public meeting at Sant Ram Udaisi Nagar. At 2 PM, the All India Plenum will start at Amar Shaheed Beant Singh Moom Hall.
