10th All India Conference of Trade Union Centre of India (TUCI) in Bhubaneswar Started with a Militant Rally Against Corporate-Sanghi Manuwadi Fascist Nexus
Bhubaneswar, 27/01. The 10th All India Conference of Trade Union Centre of India (TUCI) was started in Bhubaneswar today with a militant rally and public meeting against the nexus of Sanghi Manuwadi fascists and corporate houses. Delegates elected from 13 state conferences of TUCI, representatives from more than fifteen fraternal revolutionary trade unions and organizations and thousands of masses from various districts of Odisha lined up for the mass rally and assembled at Lower PMG ground for the public meeting. The public meeting was presided over by TUCI Central Coordinator Comrade R Manasayya, CPI (ML) Red Star Polit Bureau Member Com Sankar, Co-convenor of Nepal’s fraternal labor organization ANRTUF Comrade Ishwar Prasad Timalsena, IFTU General Secretary Comrade T Srinivas, CPI(ML) Red Star Odisha State Secretary Comrade Pramila, Revolutionary Cultural Forum (RCF) General Secretary Comrade Tuhin, All India Coordinator of Adivasi Bharat Mahasabha (ABM) Comrade Soura, TUCI ex-Vice President Comrade Sabi Joseph, TUCI Uttar Pradesh State Coordinator Comrade Kanhaiya, TUCI Punjab State Coordinator Comrade Labh Singh, TUCI Karnataka State Secretary Comrade Chinnapa Kotriki and TUCI Kerala state president Comrade K V Prakash addressed the public. Comrade Sankar, State Secretary of TUCI Odisha delivered welcome speech and conducted the programme. Leading comrades of Revolutionary Cultural Forum (Kasam) Kasam led by Asim Giri and Gangadhar presented revolutionary mass songs and cultural performance.
While delivering presidential speech, Com R Manasayya called the working class to intensify against the 4 labor codes in the interest of the corporate houses by abolishing 44 labor laws of the working people by the Sanghi Manuwadi fascist forces, who are the enemies of the public, the corrupt big corporate houses like Adani Ambani, the junior partner of imperialism, especially America, by the fascist Modi government. The pro-corporate oppressive policies that are destroying all the poor working people, farmers, Dalits, oppressed, tribals, women, minorities and creating nationwide frenzy in the name of Ram Mandir, Hindu Rashtra ruled by corporate houses and the severe poverty prevailing in the country, A call was given to all the labor organizations, people associated with all the democratic movements including farmers’ movement and the general public to fight unitedly against the promotion of hunger, unemployment and inflation, the speakers reinstated.
The public meeting was concluded with enthusiastic slogans. On 28th and 29th January the delegates conference will be held on 28th and 29th January at Lohia Academy. On 28th morning Comrade P J James, General Secretary of CPI (ML) Red Star will inaugurate the delegate conference followed by greetings from various fraternal workers and revolutionary organizations in the inaugural session. In the evening at 5 PM, a seminar will he held on ‘The Task of Working Class in the Neofascist Context’. On 29th January, after adopting the updated Program and constitution amendments, the new National Council and Central Committee as well as central office bearers will be elected by the delegate conference.
