In Solidarity with the Struggling Farmers!

CPI (ML) Red Star declares its solidarity with SKM-NP’s proposed Rally in Delhi on 13 February seeking guaranteed MSPs for farmers’ produce, freedom from debt for farmers, import restrictions on agricultural products, cancellation of all free trade deals with WTO, ban on FDI and corporatisation of agriculture, no privatisation Electricity Boards and pension for farmers.
Instead of conceding to these genuine demands of the farmers, the corporate-fascist BJP regime is engaged in arresting and putting the leaders and activists of the movement in jail. We resolutely condemn this heinous move on the part of the regime to suppress the struggle. We appeal to all workers and oppressed peoples along with all like-minded forces and democratic sections to come forward in support the genuine demands of the farmers.
