Jangareddygudem mandal Pangidigudem, Koyyalagudem mandal Mangapet- Panchayat Bullimpeta villages, a large-scale dharna was held at the Jangareddygudem Revenue Divisional Officer (RDO) office under the auspices of Navyandhra Pradesh Rythu-coolie Sangham to immediately distribute cieling lands to the Dalit, tribal and poor who do not have minimum land. The poor participated in this Dharna program in large numbers. At this juncture, CPI (ML)
Red Star District General Secretary Jonnakuti Venkateswara Rao held discussions with Revenue Division Officer (RDO Jangareddygudem) to resolve the ceiling lands related to the above villages. During these discussions, Venkateswara Rao said that they have been fighting for the ceiling lands in the above villages for decades and that despite the orders of the lower and higher courts regarding the ceiling lands, the concerned authorities are providing assistance to the landlords who have seized the ceiling lands, causing untold and endless losses to the landless poor and the needy, and are committing the crime of defying the court orders. The Revenue Divisional Officer 
(RDO) was informed that the higher authorities were being misled without providing proper information. Addressing the people, the Revenue Divisional Officer (RDO) assured the people that a field investigation would be conducted into the issue of Pangidigudem and Bullimpeta ceiling lands, a report would be submitted to the District Collector and legal action would be taken to implement the court orders. Dhanakudaram Ranganatham, State Co-Convenor of the Navyandhra Pradesh Rythu-Coolie Sangham, Madakam Ramanna, State Secretary of the Adivasi Bharat Mahasabha(ABM), Mandal Palli Raju, Mattaparthi Venkata Rao, Ganji Shyamala, Poosan Durga, Andugula Venkateswara Rao, R YESU and others participated in the program and addressed the gathering.
