The All India Convention against RSS Fascism was successfully held on 6th December at Samahitha Function Hall (Ashfaq Ullah – Ram Prasad Bismil Hall), L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad, the day when Sangh Parivar goons demolished the Babri Masjid 33 years ago. 6th December is the death anniversary Babasaheb Ambedkar, the biggest ideological enemy of RSS. The Convention procedures started with one minute silent tribute to Dr Ambedkar.

The convention was inaugurated by Justice B. Chandra Kumar (Retd Judge, Telangana High Court). Justice Chandra Kumar, who exposed the horrific political-economic repercussions of RSS fascism in his inaugural speech appealed to all the victims of fascism and all democratic sections to unite in the struggle against Indian fascism. The Convention was presided over by Chairperson of the Organizing Committee, Syed Kamal Ather, Telangana State President, Welfare Party of India. R. Manasayya General Convener of Organising Committee and Polit Bureau Member of CPI ( ML) Red Star made the welcome speech. P J James, General Secretary of CPI (ML) Red Star, delivered the keynote address. James who explained the transformation of RSS as the largest and longest-running fascist organisation, and its impact on the working people, oppressed Dalits, Adivasis, women and Minorities, especially Muslims, in his keynote speech, also pointed out the urgent need of building up the broadest All India Movement against fascism.

Due to unprecedented flight cancellations, some of the distinguished guests could not attend the Convention.

The Resolution unanimously adopted by the Anti-Fascist Convention recognised the relentless resistance against Fascism as the immediate task of the toiling and oppressed peoples of India. It also resolved to form an All India Coordination comprising the victims of RSS fascism, together with all democratic forces to appropriately take up the anti-fascist tasks at the All India level in the days ahead.

Cultural troupes from various states delivered songs and dances. On behalf of Organizing Committee, M Saidayya extended vote of thanks.
