
The conference elected a presidium consisting of Krishna Mohan, Dhobi and Subhash Bharti to conduct the conference and a minutes committee consisting of comrades Seemanchal and Ketuka. In the delegate session, outgoing District Secretary Comrade Seemanchal presented the district organizational report. It was discussed and accepted. The conference elected 5 district committee members which elected Comrade Subhash Bharti as the new District Secretary. 10 delegates and 5 observers were also elected to the 8th Odisha State Conference to be held at Lohia Academy on 28/29 July 2026.
The conference adopted various resolutions including on stopping slum demolition, right to housing near workplaces, immediate permanent shelter for street vendors, harassment of women, unemployment problem, increase in rent, corruption in government schemes and welfare of the common poor, strengthening the democratic movement against the attacks on democracy and constitutional values in the country, protection of tribals, Dalits and displaced people, etc.
Comrade Sanatan and Comrade Vijay joined as State Observers and sang revolutionary songs. Finally, the newly elected District Secretary, Comrade Subhash, hoisted the red flag and declared the conference adjourned.
