The 4th State Conference of CPI(ML)RED STAR Telangana held successfully at Jublee Hall Hyderabad on 29 and 30,2026 Party General Secretary Com P J James inaugurated the conference. Polit Bureau member Com R Manasayya addressed the conference and presented the Central documents. The conference elected 11 Members state Committee which elected Comrade Mohamed Bhasha as New State Secretary. comrades
